A few weeks ago I got home and notice a squeaking noise at idle. Before I could get off and take off my helmet it stopped. This has continued to happen after a ride of a few miles. Yesterday, when I came in, it continued long enough for me to decide that it sounds like it's coming from an area around the starter on the left engine cover. I thought I might take to cover off and remove the starter chain to see if it goes away. I've noticed it has become more frequent and louder and happen any time the engine is hot and comes back to idle and then usually goes away! Any thoughts or suggestion would be appreciated!
