It looks like there is a solid bracket underneath, could drill and tap for a bracket

i have 2 yellow fog lamp sealed beams, one is a conventional size, and a smaller, maybe 4 inch one. one is a westing house. there pretty sweet. i have a bucket also, but that thing is pitted/bubbling in some spots. im a bit of a light-o-phile.
