Trade - or make offers on '78 XS400 stock parts

Hi,

I’m brand new to this forum and excited about all the info here! I just picked up a 1978 XS400 that has been in a shed since 1984, it has about 3000 miles on it and in great shape (Except for disintegrated rubber gaskets and such from sitting for 20+ years) Anyway… I am planning on turning this into a café project so I have some stock parts I’d love to trade with someone who might be looking for them in exchange for some modified parts you might have in your shop.

What I have:………………………………………………. What I’d like to trade for:

“tear drop” shaped fuel tank (Black)…………… “Square” tank maybe from a ‘77 360 or similar

Stock bench seat (Two small holes)…………….. Café Racer seat pan

Stock Handle Bars……………………………………….. Clubman style bars

Stock turn signals round (4)……………………….. Any post type that are smaller and more stream lined

Chrome rear fender w/ tail light…………………. Any of the above or I need Air Box(es) and side covers

Here is a pic of what it looked like when it arrived in my garage. I’ll post some pics of these parts later today since I need to get off to work.

I have no longer have the fuel tank and have a new one.

I no longer need side covers, filters and airbox

Still have Rear Fender, Stock Handlebars, Stock Bench Seat and Turn Signals.

I've been able to scrounge and wheel and deal to get most of the parts I need, and I still have a few parts I'm looking to sell.

Saddle seat - $75 plus actual shipping
Chrome rear fender and tail light - $50 plus actual shipping for both or $25 a piece
Turn signals - $8 each or $30 for the 4 plus actual shipping.
Stock bars - $10 plus actual shipping
Working petcock with screen - $25 plus actual shipping.

Flexeril, the only emblem i had was attached to the tank and it went with the tank. Sorry

Still have the seat, two turn signals, rear fender and also have two front forks and the bottom half of the triple tree. (I'll post up picks of the forks tonight.)
