Wanted - Oversize pistons for 78 400XS

I've posted pics on here of my 78 XS400 that I put a small fortune in trying to make a neat Bobber style bike. Unfortunately, the guy that did the engine work must have honed the cylinders too much and installed standard rings. The bike was using oil as fast as I could put it in. I have a good mechanic now trying to find pistons .020 over. He's watched E-Bay, been to the vintage meet at Mid-Ohio and no luck. This is a neat bike with new tires, new 2 into 1 exhaust and other mods and looks great but I can see this thing languishing away for years in this guys shop till I cash in and it is lost forever. Any ideas? Thanks for your help!

They come in .25 .50 .75 and 1.00 When they where available from yamaha many years ago I got a .50 set with rings ( just to have when I needed them) and spent almost $300 If speed and sport has them be ready to pay more than that The prices they have are always 20% or more than list.
