Does anyone use PVC for fuel lines? I have some that is rated at high temp and such, but before the filter it is now yellow instead of clear.

I want to replace it sooner than later if needed.

If you want a clear line, get the stuff approved for fuel. Don't mess with something not compatible with gasoline in such an important area.

What should I be using? When i look at item descriptions and it says resistance to fuel I figure it was ok.

I bought the PVC

A general purpose, clear, and flexible PVC plastic tubing for transmission of fluids, gases, and some solids. Especially useful when light weight is necessary and rough handling could be encountered. Superior resistance to strong oxidizing and reducing acids, gasoline, oils in general, alcohol, and hydrocarbons. Durometer hardness of 68A.

PVC gets hard and isn't reccomended as fuel line, go to a lawn mower shop and find tygon fuel line, it's see thru but remains pliable
