question about timing marks

i have converted my tci bike to points. i have a full set of timing marks for left and only top dead center for right. if i measure the distance between the LF and LT marks it should allow me to scribe or sharpie a RF mark on fly wheel correct. I have the left side timed perfect and now the right is close. first test fire had right side firing with exhaust valve open. its not doing that now. was some serious guesstamating. looking to get it a bit closer to perfect is all. TIA

Yes you can do that for the right side RT-RF marks.
