rear spacer

hello,

I changed the rear wheel 16 for a wheel 18.
but the wheel seems to be less than 18 mm off a few, my spacer is not long enough (side drum brake)

Can you measure the length of the spacer you have a wheel with 18?

this is strong enough to just put a washer M16

The drum side spacer on my 1980 XS400SG is 33mm in length. The smaller one on the sprocket side is 19.5mm.

EDIT: I'm sorry, I didn't read you post carefully enough. You asked about the spacer for an 18" wheel, my wheel with the 33mm spacer is 16 inch.

18mm is a big gap, I don't have a drum wheel to measure I'm afriad

sorry, it's not 18mm but 3 or 4mm only!!oups!!
I think only one washer must be good with the original spacer for 16" rims (33mm like cturek) but perhaps someone can do a good spacer in one piece and i want to be sure it's a difference between 16" rims spacer and 18" rims spacer and not another problem.
