I was working on the bike in the driveway yesterday. I was using the electric start a lot. I know I drained the battery down quite a bit.
I knew in the back of my head I needed to put the battery on the charger when I was done. Instead, like a noob, I put the bike away and left the key in the ON position.
Now I have a dead battery that my charger is refusing to charge. I keeps giving me the "fault" light.
My multi-meter is giving me a reading of 10-11 volts.
Can this battery be saved? I just bought it last winter.
