Wanted - RUNNING xs400 engine 80-81 or 82 [Heritage]

Need a working power plant from an '80, '81 or '82 Heritage. Not Seca, Not Maxim.
Within a couple of hundred miles from the intersection of I-40 and 69 highways - eastern Oklahoma I can come and get it.
Or ship it here if the money is right.

I'm pretty sure I can unbolt it from yours and put it into my [tagged] frame but I don't have the time and skills to tear down and re-assemble either of my broken engines.
