Seat for cafe/ tracker

Hi, new to this so please bare with me. Just recently bought a 1981 xs 400 and love it. Am in the process of changing it into a cafe/ tracker. My big question is where to get a seat? I have seen this one on eBay, I really like but it is for the Yamaha xj650. Does anyone know how similar this is? Don't mind making minor alterations to the bike or seat. But is does cost £100 so want it in the ball park. This is the seat I'm looking at. :-

It's pretty good , ideally I would like it a tiny bit longer but it is close enough if I can make it fit with out having to do to much welding.

If anyone knows a better place to get seats then please let me know.

I made it, done it in alloy now and pounded a nice bulge in it for the tyre to clear
