One more show to help promote my buddy's business and then its riding season. Its been long awaited.

do you guys custom bend tube? Where in TO is your shop?
I need a pc bent like the one below

I'd like to make it out of one pc, and our pipe bender can't do such a tight radius

The shop is champion cycle. Located at 485 rogers road. That is a very tight radius, but depending on wall thickness, it can be done. Otherwise just make two pieces, bevel the ends and fill it with weld and grind it smooth.

I normally don't really like bobbers (is that what this style is called?), but this one look bad ass. All the lines on the bike look very clean.
