Small Box Electrical Box Under Gas Tank?

What is the small electrical box that's mounted under the gas tank, near the coils? I'm not getting any spark to the plugs (at least the right side, for sure), and I was wondering what all I needed to check for basic troubleshooting? Thanks!

flasher relay? Check your main fuse. Me and countless others have had issues with it also make sure the ground is good connection.
