Well, I parted ways with the black beauty late last year. She was a good bike while I had her and I'll always remember the good times I had (thanks to the help I got from the forum.) I rode that bike for thousands of miles all over Texas, rain or shine. 
She was sold to a good friend of mine that lives just 2 miles down the road. He was really excited about buying this bike, probably just as much as I was when I first bought it. I offered to help my buddy work on it if he ever needed my help. With that being said, I am sure there will be many more maintenance opportunities for me to see her again and more inquiries to this forum.
No one forgets their first bike!
