hey guys. got the bike running long enough (carb problems as well) to check the battery while the bike was running. the voltage steadily went down. Is this the regulator? alternator? thoughts?

Guys, I have a question about a fuse. I traced the lead from positive off the battery into the connector. It comes out of the connector and goes into an inline fuse holder. The goes back into the connector and into the harness. I looked at the wiring diagram and this fuse looks out of place. I have since replaced it with a blade fuse (30 amp). Anybody have any ideas on why its wired like this? Should I change it? If so, how to rewire? It works the way it is, just curious if could/should be different.

It is hard to tell from a custom wire job I would look at the stock wiring diagram and trace the wires. The main fuse should be 20 amp and all others 10.
