Tune up and adjustment procedures

so I did a quick search on here but couldn’t find it. What do you all do step by step for tune up and adjustments? Looking for the order for carbs, cables, valves, etc.

I cleaned carbs and got it running on both cylinders, but I also have to rejet I’m assuming since I changed to pod filters and emgo muffler. It also sat for a long time, so I figured I’d do valves and such too. so a step by step of what you do for a full tune up and adjustments in the correct order would be greatly appreciated.

Already changed the spark plugs and oil+filter.
