Dumb question, but I'm new to this...
Saw this picture in another thread. What kind of timing is this, electronic or points? I thought it was points but it doesn't look the same as the other videos of setting the points timing I've seen on youtube.

The timing can be adjusted (advance/retard) with the electronic, but nothing else.
