Hey everyone,

This forum has been extremely helpful to me and people have been very patient with me listing the stuff I'm trying to fix on my bike.

I searched through the forums and found the jet sizes I need to order to make up for the open pipes causing my bike to run lean, so I went on a search to find where to buy them, and found several different types, each of them claiming to universal.

Could anyone help me out? I know I need 137.5 mains and 45 pilots. But I don't know the difference between a large round jet/round jet/hex jet?

These are available in 137.5, does anyone know if they will fit an 81xs400?

I also found these for the pilot jet, but there seems to be drastically different looking shapes of these

Also a super newbie question, how many do I need to order? Is a 4 pack sufficient? Again, I'm really trying to learn, so I appreciate the help!

My bike is being stored 45 mins away from my house so I can't just pull them off and see what's in there. I would love to be able to change these out next time I go over.

Thanks again

If you haven't checked your current sizes it is impossible to know which jets you'll need. Take a look at what you've currently got before ordering new ones! :)
