1980 XS400H
I had the same problem, replaced both floats (they had holes) and set the level to 22mm (plastic floats). Put new float valve seats and needles in too, they were binding. The PO had put 156 main jets in...took that down to 142.5 and it runs like a CHAMP now. Gotta be careful with that brass stuff.
