Bitch Im from Cleveland
So I had a few issues with my bike.
Blah blah blah tested the regulator it’s open both ways when I tested it meaning the diodes in it are fried correct? So I have 4 of these bike so I grab one off the shelf ,test it, it’s good. I put it on the bike running great but no headlight. Wtf... so I think ok I fried something. Start tracing wires checking fuses can’t find a visible issue. After messing around for shits n gigs I hook up the old one the headlight is on till the main fuse blows. New fuse new regulator still no headlight. I don’t get it. There is power still going across the headlight fuse and making it all the way to the headlight relay but apparently it’s getting blocked somewhere down the line. Would like to hear some thoughts before I take one off another bike or risk buying a used one off eBay. I’m also not keen on putting aftermarket rec/reg it’s a stock bike my girl rides I just want to fix it
Sorry for the novel. Just what to be thorough
Thanks in advance
