XS400 Junkie
If you want to convert to a rear wheel disc brake on your XS400, I have almost everything you need. The parts are from a '79 XS400 and are in good condition but not cherry. The master cylinder and caliper were supposed to be working when pulled but should be rebuilt for safety.
-rear 18" mag rim (no tire) with brake rotor attached
-swing arm and axle shaft
-master cylinder, caliper, hose, clamps and push rod
Only part missing is the brake pedal shaft for a rear disc brake configuration. You should install new pads. If your bike frame was not set up for a rear disc brake, you will need to fabricate and weld a bracket onto the frame on which to mount the master cylinder. I have a pic of it's location. Price for all parts = $100 plus UPS Ground to your door.
