Hi everyone. I found a small bit of oil on my left plug a little bit ago. Gonna make sure oil is not too full. How serious a problem am I looking at, and what would it cost to fix? Thanks alot, have a great day! Oh yes, 1980 xs400 special.

Would that also be in line with the problems I have starting it sometimes, and the vacuum cap blowing off. If that turns out to be true, what do I have to do to fix it, and where can I get new ones? Thanks alot, have a great day!
lap in the valves or in extreme circumstances it may have to be re-cut.
