Your best bet is to look for a complete used set on here or ebay; nobody really parts them out. There are no new reproductions that I am aware of.
If you want to get crazy search around here for ideas on swaps to modern forks with more availability/performance.

I'll double check mine, but I'm pretty sure they're decent. You might have to sacrifice the lowers to get them apart, but if you're only after the uppers, you should be good to go. I'm in Mississauga everyday, If they're decent, shoot me $20 and they're yours.
I also have brand new, still in packaging fork seals, $10 for those if you need seals

Franks Engineering, used to be Forking by Frank. Been building fork tubes for any bike almost forever. Don't have a link but google it.
