Xs400rj fuel adapter plate sizing?

Anyone ever tossed a fuel plate adapter on a XS400R tank? I've measured bolt to bolt it looks like 34MM. Just wanted to confirm if anyone else has done what size and brand did you use?

Stupid vacuum petcocks...

34mm is what mine is! I just ordered an old skool petcock(no vacuum needed) it was like $8 from amazon

Awesome thanks! Did you have to file much of tank away to get the new petcock filter to pass into the tank?
