So, how are you able to tell the right cylinder is the issue? Also, is the bike SOHC or DOHC?

Tried adjusting carbs. Right cylinder doesn’t seem to output as much as compared to the left one, but compression seemed fine?

did you balance the carbs.i had the same problem. After balancing its fine .one side was also running hotter than the other
