I have my 81 XS400 for sale w clean Title and hobbyist registration with WI DMV.
I haven't touched the bike in over a year and am ready to let it go to a good home. The rear frame was cut, rear shocks unbolted with metal struts bolted on in place, Front forks swapped with 77 forks for disc /spoke conversion. Front brakes not complete but include brand new master cylinder. Drag bars installed, custom welded bracket for solo speedo (sportster style). Motor turns over and starts on spray, carbs need cleaning or possible rebuild. Open for inspection and best offer, but will not ship.
