Best oil filter and oil for 78 Yamaha XS400?

This is what I have used before and can be found for cheap. The oil you can get at walmart for about $3 a quart for the standard stuff and $5 for the part synth. The hiflo #144 filter is the K&N knock offs and work well. I picked up a three pack of the off ebay for under $10 shipped.
