Brake master size

i'm building a cafe racer out of a 77 xs400, it has disks fr and rear both single disk. it doesn't have master cylinders at the moment. can anyone tell me what the sizes are or what after market, compatible masters i can use. i will be retaining the original callipers

Heres what I did for the back, its a NISM r/master cylinder off a late model dirt bike from a wrecker with a cheap reservoir I bought off ebay, this set up works great and was a VERY easy mod

great job, i just picked a rear master from a R1 for $20, it had 6k on the clock. Now im just after a front master cylinder
