Off a 81 very clean has new 142.5 mains and 42.5 pilots new float pins new carb bowl drain screws and o-rings and new outer butterfly seals. Also two new rebuild kits with fuel valves pilot plugs and bowl gaskets. I have put the adjustable 5Z1 needles (set on the third clip) so the mid range can be dialed in. The pilot mix screw are used but are in nice shape(set at 3 turns out). Every bike has different needs so you will have to set them up to what makes yours work.
