All right pro's... the ball is in your court.

I have been looking for a carb kit to replace some of the needles/jets/o-rings that are worn out/bad shape.

I have seen carb kits for the 77-82 sohc's and a few for the "dohc's".... i put that in quotes because they say they are for 82-82 dohc's but the jets/needles don't match what is in the manual.

I have seen a few kits on European sites but they are for the Seca version with EU emission standards, and even the mains/jets are not what is in my book(but pretty close)

I have also noticed a lot of the gaskets that are identified as BS34 don't seem to have the large hole to allow the built in plug from the fuel bowl.

Can someone here give me the part #'s so i can order parts individually and make my "own" carb kit????

This is for an 82 DOHC Maxim, original air box, mufflers.

carbs are Mikuni BS34.

Thanks.

I have the same bike and preparing to rebuild my carburetor's soon. Knowing this info ahead of time will make it much easier to get the job done.
