Carburetor

I am having trouble with the tune on my bike and I have no idea what it could be. When I start the bike I have to have it on full choke and it will just die when I take the choke off. any ideas of what it could be? ( I cleaned the carburetors really well before I tried to start it) I think it is running to rich but I don't know that much about it.
