I'm just seeing this post now. Those look very much like my Emgo Dunstal Silencer Replicas except they have the cone on the end and mine don't. If they are the same they should be super loud (just like I like them).
Our bikes are similar so they should fit the same. I had to make a bracket to hold the centre stand away from the pipe. It was easy. If I hadn't found that aluminum in my junk drawer I would have bent a piece of steel. I made a similar bracket for my side stand this year, too.
found a set of nos original mirrors for real cheap, they look much nicer than the emgos anyways here's a quick video, fires right up and settles in at 1225 rpm's
