Electric Engine Conversion

Just saw this cool conversion on an old Honda:

I'm curious, has anyone done something similar for a XS? If so, I would love to hear about it!

That's a nice job, although I think a bike with a frame like that is less than ideal. He had to build that battery box a lot sturdier than he would have needed to if there were lower rails to support it.

I think there was a guy here talking about an e-build on an XS at some point. Don't remember if he finished it or not.

I've given this kind of a project some thought, and I think a better e-conversion candidate would be an 80's one with a box frame. .Still, an XS would be pretty doable, but would be a bit limited in size of battery pack. .
