Hi, I'm swapping out my tach ( the one currently in the cluster seems to bounce around a bit ) . on my 1982 xs 400 maxim
I'm having trouble taking off the tripometer reset dial......is there a secret to this or is it brute strength and a little ignorance and pulling on it until it gives ?
I've tried that for a bit and also checked to see if there is a screw holding it in the middle of the dial....to no avail.
Any ideas ?
