Looking for the old owner of my bike

hello, I'm looking for the old owners of my bike. I found a picture of it on Pinterest and that lead me here, it's a 1981 xs400 bobber. It's a very unique bike and I would like to find out who built it. If you have any information about it that would be greatly appreciated. I will attach a picture of it.
