No one knows how to fix this problem

Sometimes the problem goes beyond the explainable and you need to call a professional in.

Seriously though, as Drewpy said, we're giving as many ideas that we can think of, based on what you're telling us. They may or may not help, but they are worth checking out. Your TCI could be defective, your regulator/rectifier may be shorting out. Maybe there's a frayed or broken wire in your wiring harness.

There are ways to test everything electric and electronic on your bike. I posted a link to an online manual for your year bike in one of the other 3 threads you started. If that manual is not enough, here are some links to ebay auctions for service guides:

Since very few of us on the forum are professional mechanics we do the best we can from the years of experience of trying to keep our rides going.

Good Luck.

I just was browsing the forum for random things and found this post:

The second pdf says,

"Ignition Problems
For many years my Police Special had a very nasty habit of dying like I had hit the kill switch.
It never sputtered first and would almost always do it within the first 1 km from my home.
Most times after cranking for a couple of minutes it would suddenly start and carry on like nothing had ever happened."

and then further references the TCI.

Not that I know anything but sounded similar to what is happening.

My bike was doing that, i replace the ignition switch, for some reason i assuming from vibrations, the part i put my key in something internally broke so try that

The problem could easily be a switch, either the kickstand, clutch or other,or could be the kill switch, ignition switch, etc. The kill switch could easily be it as it grounds out the ignition signal. Also, the '82 models didn't have points, but do have a condenser. lha

Time to rewire the bike and use zipties like a trigger happy sob uses bullets. Something is shorting or grounding out intermittently.

Calm down were here to help :)

could be stator letting go... when it cuts out OHM meter the red/black wire coming out of stator.
