Preferred type of resin/fiberglass

About to start fabbing up my café racer seat. Anyone have any recomendations for resin/fiberglass matt? Spent some time over in the boat store today (yeah, advantage of living near the water) and the salesman kept pushing the West system is which is so pricey!

Anyone used a resin system from one of the big box hardware stores that worked pretty well?

I just used what ever ebay had. plenty of matting and re-enforcing.

its not really going to matter, u r only trying to make a seat not anything real structural, like on a boat. just use enough glass and resin to do the job.
