Starter button problem after new bars

inside the control box there is a threaded hole. run a new wire from the threaded hole with a screw and attach to a common ground. I have black bars on my 79 XS and by running the new ground wire you do not have to remove paint or use chrome bars. There is enough room in the factory wire wrap that you can feed the new wire through with the factory wires.
