Im trying to find a mini speedo and tach. I have a '80 xs400. i guess what im wondering is what is the ratio for the drives. is the speed 1:2 and the tach is that like 1:5? will the ones from mikes xs fit? any info helps, Thanks

the ratio is 1,4/1 like with every japanese bike has and the modern europeans. the old bikes sometimes had 1/1. greets hannes

I think the XS400 is a 60:2240 ratio (60mph per 2240 revolutions).

Drag Specialties do one for a decent price in the USA.
