yeah.. im just trying to figure out if the thing will work or if it will drain the battery so far that the bike wont run..without wasting my money :)

i know the charging system on these bikes isnt the greatest..but has anyone thought about or tried to install one of those aftermarket clamp on radio/amp/speaker/ipod input things ? if so..was it a battery killer

ok..so wait a min here..imcreasing the carb jets will make it run richer but yet its already running at a higher size than stock at 140 ?

so i bought a 1979 xs400 thats been "messed" with already, the PO put on a 2 into 1 exhaust and told me he had jetted it, it was running so rich that the plugs fouled black within 50 miles and it would not start on choke and bogged down at around 5k rpms, just for the heck of it i put on pod air...

looks great ! try kicking it over in neutral without holding the clutch in

thats exactly whats on it now, i think im settled on the shinko tires, im a fairly new rider so im looking for the best stability i can get..id like to order the tires tommorow..do you think those sizes are good or should i go original ?
