no safety check in washington state whatsoever.. except those rebuilt junk cars.. but we do have emission check bi-yearly for cars luckily, not for bikes :D and for the bikes those older than 25 years, we can get collectors plate which means no annual license fee forever, and that costs even...

so here is a little update installed the 140s, changed the old 52mm pods with massive inner lips which i concern will block the passage in the carb with 54mm ones, which has 45' chamfer and smaller lips also put on new NGK D8EA plugs first thing i feel is the vibration is much less then before...

im not so sure about the thinner thing.. i cleaned mine with supertech (walmart brand) crab cleaner.. do u have any pics with your plugs?

ok guys heres a little update i got a pair of 140s and a pair of d8ea s let me run about a hundred miles then ill pull the plugs out and post the pics

well i would say the gaps on the plugs are different.. did u do it on purpose?

pull out ur plugs and post pictures of them

your RHS one is wet i would say there are problems with valve seal or rings
