I switched to a ep34 flasher relay for my LED tail brake etc like a month ago and all of a sudden it’s clicking like a turn signal is on... everything works fine I just can’t get the clicking to go away any suggestions? 1980 xs400 special ll btw

Ok a quick run down on the flasher. Power comes in an a brown wire, A brown/white wire carries the power to the turn signal switch. The switch sends power left or right.
I would check for the brown/white wire for shorts to ground.
Is the EP34 flasher a 2 or 3 prong flasher. I've never used a 3 prong flasher so it may have issues along this third wire.

It’s a 3 prong the yellow/green is the ground I cut it Nd capped it coming from the harness and soldered a new wire from the relay to he negative side of the battery like I had read up that someone on this site had to do and it worked great right off the bat but then just recently started the clicking sound after a having it hooked up for a few months

Have you checked for shorts on the brown/white wire? If this grounds it causes the flasher to flash.
You may find the short in the left side switch housing.
