Finally got the new seat welded together. It came out awesome! Need to throw on some paint so the seat pan doesn't rust up. Next on the list is wrap the exhaust, clean up the paint job a little bit, and clean up the rust on the spokes. Any easy ideas on the rust issue?

Anyone know anything about shaving the barrel at the end of cables? I have one that's too big for my throttle assembly and heard that some people shave the barrel down to fit their assembly. Anyone have an ideas on the pros and cons of this? Or should I just keep searching for another cable?

Quick question..does the xs650 wire harness fit the xs400? I need to replace the wire harness in my xs400 b/c i cant quite find where the shortage is coming from and a lot of the cables are stripped and just worn down. Any ideas?
