I can't find a rear master cylinder anywhere! Can you guys help? I have the old one and can't find a rebuild kit either! Is there another bike that would have a compatible master??
Thanks!

My rear master was a mess, the difference between rebuilding it and buying a modern one wasn't a massive amount. So I picked up a brembo PS13. Stock rear was 5/8 inch on my bike. This ones a little smaller at 13mm, but shouldnt make a great deal of difference. you just need to weld a new tab as the spacing for the mounting points is smaller at 40mm. Stock was 54mm or so if i remember correctly. Also you need an external reservoir which is only a couple of bucks. I got mine from here https://store.bevelheaven.com/brake...r-brembo-rear-brake-13mm-push-rod-type-black/ It was cheapest option I could find it at the time.

This guy uses it too http://bikeglam.com/custom-1978-yamaha-xs400/

Having the same issues with my rear brake master cylinder. It needs a rebuild but the kits are impossible to find. TimBuz, how did your Brembo replacement work out? Any tips for doing that conversion? thx
