Do you have the regulator and Rectifier available? I can't really tell in the photos, but i see some stuff screwed to the battery box that may be them.

If so, how much and would ship them up to Ontario Canada for me?

Shoot me a PM or an email at chrisharrison@tds.net before you toss the exhaust, it's in pretty rough shape to pay all that much for it, but something is better than nothing if it comes to you just tossing it.

I can get a title for the frame. It just costs money i don't have at the moment. The motor ran before i pulled it. it still has the carbs, but no external electrical.

The front fender is damaged, but it has been welded back together. The rear fender is in pretty great condition. I would rather keep the carbs with the engine. But, feel free to give me an offer.

They do, but they need to be torn down and cleaned/lubricated.

That is a combo rectifier/voltage regulator... However looking at USPS the basic flat rate shipping from anywhere in the USA to Canada is ridiculous, like 65$.... So i will pass on this, I am not 100% on if it would work on my bike and 65$ shipping isn't a way to find out haha
