1981 special ii 400

hey everyone i need some assistance i have a 1981 special ii 400 i was changing the front brakes (disc) and spacer i believe fell out i have no idea where it goes if anyone can help me out with its placement id greatly appericate it (the item is #9 in the attachment)

Next time put the problem part in the subject, so it is easier to find the thread with the problem. My short term memory I couldn't find this for another 10 extra clicks. Thanks for keeping it simple for me.
