2 into 1 exhaust for xs360?

Hey all, quick question. I've been looking into changing the exhaust on my 77 xs360 while I have the carbs off (waiting on some small parts). Specifically, I really want to slap on 2 into 1 pipes. I've been looking around, but the only set I can really find are MAC pipes for 80s xs400s, like this set:

Would a set like this work with my bike? I know the xs400 and xs360 were virtually the same, but I was told that the xs400s went through changes in the 80s. Is there any weight to this claim? If so, does this mean I have to go the route of custom fabrication for a set?

Those are for the dohc xs400 and will not work. The ones for the sohc xs400 should. The pic in the listing shows a sohc xs400 but the description is for the dohc bike.

So 82 is the year the xs400 became dohc, I presume? That'll help with my search!

It's a little confusing for that year because they made both If you stick with anything made for the 77-79 xs400 you should be good.
