77 SOHC XS400 using 82 DOHC pick up coil?

I'm guessing the short answer is "no"

But I'm gathering parts to convert my 77 to CDI using newer parts, picked up 81 cdi box, cdi cover, and coils, then accidently bought an 82 pick up coil assembly/rotor

I have one if you need one. I tests well within spec $40 shipped paypal only. Btw the xs400 uses a tci not a cdi.
