77 XS360 Project

About a year ago I picked up my first bike a 77 xs360... It had around 15k on the clock all tuned up a ready to go. I became bored with it rather quick and started modifying it.

Here's a before and after of my first couple months of ownership with it.

Personally I can't stand the seat so it had it go.

Cut the loop of my xs650 since thats getting a hardtail next. Wasn't an exact fit.. had to bend it out an inch or so.

Found a fender in the junkyard to hack up. Believe it came of a xv750...not positive though.

Seat pan coming together.. formed with a cut off wheel and a rubber hammer.

I've still got a lot of work to do.. I'll be forming the foam for the seat starting tomorrow.

Welcome to the forum. I does make me sad to see a rare oringinal bike get cut up but it is yours to do what you want.

Oh no you cut it up!
That's one of the ones you don't want to cut up. Too late now though, best of luck.

I have the exact same 360, though yours is much cleaner, love what you did with the seat. love the tires even more. can i have the size and make of those tires?!?!
