Well now comes time to put all the components on and see what I did wrong. Soo far not to bad but im having a hell of a time getting the rear wheel spaced correctly so the sprockets line up. If i just space the wheel over it moves it way away from the center of the bike (due to the fact that stock XS400s have the motor offset to the left and mine is centered in the BSA frame). Once I get my alignment figured out I can build mounts for the rear fender and finalize the brake linkages. Here are some pics with the motor in forks on, tank, seat, and bars.
