If anyone knows if camshaft (rear or front) from DOHC XS400 fits to SOHC model ? I have european version (from germany) of my Yamaha, and they had modified camshafts witch reduced power to 27 HP. And on eBay I find camshafts only for DOHC models.

No Slav, what you want is the UK/USA spec cam. look under those countries on ebay as they do come up.

I have 2 us cams one from a 78 and one from a 79 very nice shape $45 each plus what ever the shipping is. I think the shipping would be a lot over seas but if you are willing to pay than I will do it.
